I help every client get the job they want. Through one-to-one sessions, either in person or through video and phone calls, I listen and translate your wishes into achievable goals. I help you focus on what is needed to get where you want to be.
After graduating in the Netherlands, I worked and studied in Germany, then lived in the US, before settling in Swansea almost 20 years ago. In each country I was fascinated with the diverse ways people search for and get jobs and I learnt to be flexible, how to network and how to adapt my CV. As a result of my CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development) studies and my work in Human Resources I developed a good insight into how recruitment works, and my passion to coach people was born there.
Since 2009 I have been helping people through practical career coaching. Very often people come to me feeling that they are “doing something wrong”; empowering them through coaching makes the significant difference they were searching for. After all these years of coaching I have many tools in my professional handbag that will benefit you to get you unstuck and on the road to where you want to be in your career.
